It all started in lockdown! We had travelled South East Asia and Australia from 2016 to 2018 and loved all the food we ate \u2013 but the thing we ate most was the infamous b\u00e1nh m\u00ec in Vietnam. For breakfast and for lunch, as well as a snack, we couldn\u2019t get enough! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After returning to the UK we found we couldn\u2019t get our hands on a b\u00e1nh m\u00ec without heading to London. It seemed obvious to set up Br\u00fam M\u00ec with Sam. We spent a lot of the summer making as much delicious food as we could and began trading at local Birmingham events such as Digbeth Dining Club shortly after. From there we found our new home at The Dark Horse pub in Moseley \u2013 one of our favourite spots for a quality craft beer – and now we have our own! We couldn\u2019t be happier partnering with such a beloved local pub and having a place to try out new ideas whilst slinging out our bangin\u2019 b\u00e1nh m\u00ecs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now we travel around the UK bringing our bangin’ b\u00e1nh m\u00ecs and barbecue to street food events near you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
